Returns & Exchange


Lana + Diggs are happy to offer exchanges or refunds on returned items. To receive this you must contact our customer care team as soon as possible at lanaanddiggs@gmail.com detailing your full name (as provided when the order was made) product and reasons for return. Please return your item within 14 days from arrival. Please note that all shipping costs on returns will not be covered by Lana + Diggs.

All returned items need to be unused and with all Lana + Diggs packaging. Returns that are damaged or missing packaging will not be accepted. Please note Lana and Diggs do not cover postage cost for returned items.
